BOND CANCELLATION COST

For sellers who requires assistance with bond cancellation cost, we provide bridging finance to the seller to pay for the bond cancellation costs.

RATES & TAXES AND LEVIES ADVANCE

Mnisley Finance provides bridging finance to seller to pay for rates and taxes as well as levies where applicable to ensure that property transactions are not delayed due to lack of funds to pay for the outstanding rates and taxes and levies.

INVOICE DISCOUNTING

Mnisley Finance provides a short-term funding solution that gives start up or growing business's access to immediate cash through invoice discounting rather than waiting 30 or more days for debtors to pay. One or multiple invoices for selected quality debtors are 'ceded' to release funds and improve the business's cash flow. The facility requires disclosure to the debtor and possible cession of the invoices to Mnisley Finance. 

PURCHASE PRICE ADVANCE 

When a seller requires access to the purchase price prior to the registration of transfer, Mnisley Finance will provide bridging finance to the seller to give them immediate access to their purchase price pending registration.

AGENT’S COMMISSION ADVANCE 

Real Estate Agents can get access to their commission prior to the registration of the properties which they sold through Mnisley Finance. We provide this service to bridge the gap in disbursement of agent’s commission between the conclusion of property sale and the registration of the transfer.
